  1. Britts,
Yesterday was not the best of days, I am praying and asking everyone who sees this blog today to pray that this weekend will be a GREAT weekend with your cousins who are coming to see you. I know that it seems difficult already but we are going to continue to place our faith in God that He will not only heal your body but that He provides you comfort in times of sickness. I can tell you that it is almost more than Mom and Dad can bear to see you in pain and to be uncomfortable you know that we will continue to do whatever it takes to help you through this challenge. Words cannot express how much I love you and pray for you constantly. I Peter 5:7 states “Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.” God does care for you and Love you and I am praying that each day his grace covers you. Love you so very, very much.

  2. Brittany,
You and your family are certainly in our prayers. Just reading your blog reminds me of chemo treatments just a year and a half ago. Stay positive! I know you are a strong young woman that can overcome anything!!! God is walking with you every minute and will not fail you. I admire your witness for Christ. God bless you!

as we were talking the other night, i was telling you how i would rather talk to you on the phone, but as i read your updates, i see how you can draw encouragement from this site. so i thought i would leave a verse deid was reading to me the other night [ ps 9 : 10 , 28 : 7 , you know i always let you look them up] . words can never really express how much you mean to us, strange as it sounds, i think you have been more of a blessing to us , watching God work in your life through this trial. we are so proud of you.
    love you , jer

  7. Brittany,
I laughed to myself when I read Rochelle’s post! We did laugh and (sometimes) cry as we were killing those cancer cells. You are young and may not know what I’m talking about, but I visualized the old Pac Man game–gobbling up those cancer cells as the chemo went through my port! Rochelle was my chemo partner–she always asked more questions than I did–she was in charge of me! What a blessing I had to be able to visit with a dear friend every Thursday, 6 hours a day, for 9 months! Keeping you in my prayers. Blessings, Cathy

  8. Brittany,
Last night when we had our prayer with dinner, Chelsea prayed for you and we are all praying for you. You inspire all of us with your good attitude and after having been with Cathy (McKay) while she had her chemo I know how important a good attitude can be! Keep smiling and know that we are here cheering you on! Cathy and I would laugh while she had her chemo treatments and say that I was her cheerleader as she killed cancer cells and it worked. Concentrate on all the good things because you have so many people in your life who love you! God Bless-Rochelle

  9. Brittany,
You are an inspiration to me. I can see that you have a very loving family and great friends. Your words will help others as they face difficulties in their lives. I have been praying for you and your family and will continue. I wear a bracelet that your dad gave me and will wear it every day until you have completed your treatments.

  10. Psalm 121:1-3

” I lift up my eyes to the mountains-where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip-he who watches over you will not slumber.”

I LOVE this verse from King David… knowing that our AWESOME God NEVER slumbers… and has already gone ahead of you with details of your journey! Praise be to an AWESOME God!!

Also…if you are hungry for an amazing message from James…. I encourage you to listen to http://www.capebiblechapel.org …. go under media “Happy trials to you” … it was a GREAT sermon!!

Lifting you up in prayer and praises!!

    Blessings,
    Kristen (Dannull) Bengtson
